The Gallery Ball raises funds and awareness of our children’s programs which the WAG has been offering for over 75 years. Children’s creativity and imagination flourish at the WAG through ourStudio Programs, Summer Camps, our Double Take art workshops, through Young Weekend programming, Birthday pARTies, our Student Art Board, and through our school programs. We celebrate children’s art with the Through the Eyes of a Child exhibition and with various interactive contests and programming presented year round. Monies raised through the Gallery Ball will go toward supporting all these worthwhile programs for young people—the real future of our community.
Thanks to Winnipeggers’ generous support, the centennial Gallery Ball on October 20, 2012 is already sold out.
