Park Alleys in Winnipeg. A really great venue for Bowling, Music, Beer and Food.Thursday April 9 2026Park Alleys : 730 Osborne St, Winnipeg, MB, CanadaK’Laya (her second ever gig!)K’laya is a femme fatale, here to evoke your darkest emotions and deepest fears with hyper-pop you can headbang to. Her debut single “Lilith” imagines K’laya calling upon the sultry destruction of the titled demon to enact revenge. She translates these intense emotions into empowering anthems for those embracing their demons. Her music combines the vulnerability of pop-punk icons like Avril Lavigne, with the unapologetic defiance of Ashnikko. K’laya has released 3 singles and corresponding music videos in support of her highly anticipated debut EP in October 2026. – From ManitobaMusic.comBowling shoes at Park AlleyPhone Camera Photography Artistic shot of Park AlleysIt’s somebody’s 26th birthday!Winnipeg band Headspacers setting upK’Laya shirts!K’Laya with her set listBowling at Park AlleysWinnipeg Band HeadspacersMatt. Photographer for MB Music“Hailing from the blizzardous Winnipeg, The Headspacers have quickly defined themselves as a colorful, restless voice of the 2020s. With multiple local perfomances under their belt (University of Winnipeg, Public Domain, Winterruption), they continue to gain momentum. On their breakout single “Aliens,” the Winnipeg quartet (now, quintet) Casvin, Mark, Aldwin, and Renz dodge the “revivalist” notion by grounding their bright guitar melodies in a frantic, localized urgency. Formed largely by childhood friends, the band captures the shimmering, youthful energy of transition of being “in-between” places, much like the basement sessions where they cut their teeth. Creating a fresh take on modern indie rock, the band blends driving rhythms with a Strokes-esque like charm. There is a refreshing sincerity to their sound that feels both nostalgic and vital for a new generation. With additional songwriting and creative direction helmed by Dara Babatope, the newly crowned “secret member” of the group, their sound takes a much more introspective, clearer direction. With their upcoming project, there is more emotive ambition, vulnerable lyricism and a minimalistic focus on soundscapes.” from ManitobaMusic.comWinnipeg Band SolaireThe drummer is always neglected in Music photosWinnipeg Band Solaire“Inspired by a mix of Japanese, Indie, and Punk Rock, coupled with emotional vocals from front-person Scarlette Alexis, Solaire has developed a unique sound that feels like an action-packed coming-of-age film that you could dance to. In 2026, they released ‘Out of Love’, their debut EP, supported by a sold-out Release Show at the Handsome Daughter. Solaire is just gettting started.” from ManitobaMusic.com
