The Festival of Fools is free family event held at The Forks during the school spring break.

“The Festival of Fools is closed linked with the WICF’s Circus Arts (C.A.M.P.) programs. While the C.A.M.P. social circus program was winning headlines and awards, WICF organizers realized that they were also bringing a huge troupe of talented and dynamic performers to the city and no one (outside of the opening day C.A.M.P. performances) was getting to see their amazing shows! Thus, with support from The Forks and the Winnipeg Arts Council – the Festival of Fools was born!

This 7 day free family festival features jugglers, clowns, acrobats, swinging trapeze and circus workshops and tons of hilarious shows! In addition to funding support from The Forks and the Winnipeg Arts Council, the WICF solicits donations at the event to both present the best in family entertainment and to keep the festival affordable for everyone!”
